“Saviour” published at Litro UK

Excited to open my email and find out that Litro UK wants to publish my short story “Saviour”, written about three years ago. (!!) Checking back on my submission stats at the excellent Submission Grinder, I realised I’ve sent this story to nine different publications, two others of which sent back a “we-liked-it-but-not-enough” rejection. I guess 10 times is the charm!

As Litro UK brilliantly summarises: “A lonely man starts rescuing discarded objects and mistaking obsession for meaning. Darkly comic, deeply uncomfortable, and brilliantly voice-led.”
